Scheme Terms:

  1. The Member and the nominee must be an Indian citizen of age more than 18.
  2. Centora considers payment in INR only.
  3. This is a one-time investment scheme, in which the Member shall pay a fixed amount on the date of joining, and Centora shall allocate the gold weight
    corresponding to the amount at the gold rate prevailing at the end of the day on which the payment is realized. The Scheme shall have a fixed tenure of eleven (11)
    months, following which the Member shall be entitled to receive gold ornament(s) corresponding to the weight allocated at the time of joining.
  4. Since this is purely a gold savings scheme, the Member shall be entitled to redeem the accumulated gold weight only in the form of 22K BIS 916 Hallmark gold
    ornaments or diamond ornaments upon maturity. Applicable making charges (VA), stone charges, applicable taxes, including GST, and other statutory charges must
    be borne by the Member at the time of redemption based on the selected ornament(s).
  5. No cash refunds or other products, including but not limited to bullion bars, biscuits, or gold coins, will be provided in lieu of ornaments.
  6. The Scheme card or the allocated gold shall not be pledged, hypothecated, or used as collateral for any loans, advances, or credit facilities from banks, non-banking
    financial companies (NBFCs), or any other financial institutions.
  7. If the Member wishes to close the scheme before 11 months, either the fixed amount paid will be refunded without any interest or the Member can buy gold for the
    amount as per the gold rate with applicable taxes at the time of pre-closure.
  8. All statutory rules and regulations applicable to jewellery schemes under the law shall govern this Scheme. The parties mutually agree that any dispute shall be
    subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ernakulam, without prejudice to the statutory rights of the consumer.
  9. Keeping the credentials to access the online shopping portal secured is the responsibility of the Member. Centora will not be liable to compensate in case of
    unauthorized or fraudulent access to their online account by hackers, phishers, and scammers.
  10. Centora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Scheme at any time during its tenure for valid reasons
  11. Centora reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise the terms and conditions of the Scheme from time to time, as it may deem necessary. All Members shall be
    bound by, and shall be deemed to have accepted, such amended, modified, or revised terms and conditions.
  12. The address provided by the Member in the KYC form, as part of the address proof, shall be deemed the Member’s authorized address for all purposes under this
    Scheme. Centora shall be entitled to send notices, intimations of due payments, or any other communications to the said address, and any communication so sent
    shall be deemed to have been duly received and acknowledged by the Member.
  13. In the event of any change in the Member’s address, the Member shall inform Centora in writing and ensure that such intimation is duly received by Centora.
  14. Any matters not expressly provided for in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be outside the scope of the Scheme.
